Weird Bible Study is a mobile application designed to help users engage with Scripture through reading plans, note-taking, tagging, and community features.

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or objectionable content

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Weird Bible Study and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (notes, tags, etc.). By creating content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and sync your content as necessary to provide our services.

Bible Text

Scripture quotations are from copyrighted Bible translations and are used according to their respective permissions. We do not claim ownership of any Bible text content.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Weird Bible Study be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
